The City of Massillon Parks and Recreation Department is treating you to a spooktacular Halloween. Join us for Trunk-or-Treat in the Massillon Recreation Center Parking Lot on Thursday, October 25, 6-7:30 pm. Children ages 13 and under can put on their Halloween costumes and trick-or-treat from car trunk to car trunk in the safety of the Massillon Recreation Center Parking Lot. Trunk-or-Treat is a free event. If you are interested in decorating a car for Trunk-or-Treat, please call the Massillon Recreation Center at 330-832-1621 by October 22.
