Located just off I-77 at Exit 99 in Stark County, it is close to all the important attractions, but situated in a beautiful rural setting on a private lake. Completely overhauled in Spring 2009, this 4800 SF facility can accommodate groups of 35 to 300 with full accessibility. Their mouth-watering culinary creations rival the best country clubs in the area, but the prices will please you even more!
In 2009 Lakeside Center placed 1st in the Fox 8 Hotlist Contest as Best Wedding Venue in the Akron/Canton area, prevailing over Glenmoor Country Club, Stan Hywet, and hundreds of other area venues. Lakeside also received the Food Safety Excellence award from the County Health Department.

"So much more than a meal!" Our event planner and chefs have cooked up some VERY fun, themed menus to coincide with your tour destinations. Decorations, entertainment, souvenirs and comp meals are all part of the package! Let us take care of all those details, while you take a much-deserved break! Our packages will fit perfectly with many of your themed tours. (Victorian Tea, HoBo Dinner, "South of the Border" and more.) Don't see a package for you on our website? We'll custom design a package! Our award-winning facility is private, fully handicap accessible, senior-friendly, and completely remodeled in spring 2009. Take a ride in our famous Swan Paddle Boat (Cedar Point Historic Collectible) on our four-acre private lake. Or stroll around our gardens. Enjoy music on our grand piano, or gather in our over-water gazebo for a great group photo!

Lakeside Center features a clean, comfortable dining room with large picture windows overlooking our gardens and private lake. Two outdoor patios, outdoor beverage and buffet service are popular, while the indoor setting is air-conditioned, carpeted, decorated, and can accommodate up to 270+ guests in one room. The indoor space can be easily adapted to accommodate smaller groups. Lakeside Center features state of-the-art conference resources, and provides top to bottom planning and event assistance.
