Though Stark County may not be a large region, it has the distinct honor of hosting some of the nation’s largest and most popular festivals that bring people from all over the world to witness our famous hospitality.  The Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival is truly Stark County’s crown jewel as this nationally known festival hosts over 700,000 guests each year. One thing is certain, if you are looking for events or festivals for your family to enjoy, look no further because Stark County has something for you! 

If music festivals hit a "sweet note" for you… then why not check out the Canton Blues Fest in downtown Canton. This free festival is known as the “Best Outdoor Blues Festival North of Memphis” and attracts blues fans from around the country.  If rock-n-roll or country music is more to your liking then a trip to Clay’s Park Resort for their Rock N Resort or Country Fest are sure to be "music to your ears."

Stark County also offers unique one-of-a-kind festivals that are sure to make you want to return year after year.  The Glenmoor Gathering of Significant Automobiles held annually in September is one of the greatest automobile events in the country featuring a display of over 200 invitation-only automobiles from around the United States. The weekend celebration includes cooking demonstrations, an automotive art show, countryside tour and more!

The Massillon Cruise-In held every year in June is Ohio’s Largest Car Show and dance party and transforms downtown Massillon into a wonderland of nostalgia! 

Our local and ethnic festivals are abundant and give visitors the option to have something wonderful to celebrate almost every weekend of the summer!  Whether it is the local heritage of the Olde Canal Days in Canal Fulton, the Carnation Festival in Alliance, or the festive flair of the Italian-American Festival, you will be delighted by the local charm and character of each festival.
