2012 Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival Timken Grand Parade
The Timken Grand Parade is one of my family’s favorite events. My daughter loves seeing the “princesses” (Hall of Fame queen and her court), my son loves the horses and other animals and they both enjoy the marching bands and balloons!
My personal favorite is always the South Shore Drill Team. Their mission of engaging inner-city youth in the arts is awesome and so is their performance every year! Here’s a little taste of this year’s performance…
2012 Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival Enshrinement Ceremony
The Enshrinement Ceremony is the culmination of the weekend for the incoming hall of famers as they unveil their bronze busts and give their acceptance speeches. Once again, it’s a chance to see the human side of the enshrinees as they thank and acknowledge their parents and family, past coaches, fellow players and share personal stories like Curtis Martin’s painful childhood.
