Greece comes to Massillon this weekend at the Greek Oktoberfest. Enjoy food, dancing, art, and live entertainment, while the kids enjoy games. Admission and parking is free.

2. Wicked Weekends: Now through Oct. 31

This Halloween attraction is not for the faint-hearted! Wicked Weekends is open every Fri. and Sat. in October from 7p.m.-midnight at Clay’s Park Resort in North Lawrence and features four haunted attractions.

3. First Friday: Once Upon a Time: Oct. 5

The First Friday fairies have been at it again putting together a great line up of free family-friendly fun for October!

4. Canton Film Fest: Oct. 5-6

During this two-day film forward event, the 2012 Canton Film Fest at the Canton Palace Theatre will give you the chance to screen short films from independent directors from across the country. Find the complete schedule at CantonFilm.com.

5. Fall Arts and Crafts Show: Oct. 6

The Hartville MarketPlace and Flea Market will host their annual arts and crafts show this Saturday. Merchants from all over Northeast Ohio will be there to sell their handmade jewelry, pottery, paintings, wood carvings, and more. After you’ve perused the show, head to downtown Hartville for their Fall Festival & Cruise In.
